Contract Position: (Maternity-Leave Replacement)

Job Title: Projects Coordinator
Hours of Work: 35 per week
Start date: January 5, 2009 (+2 days orientation in December 2008)
Reports to: Executive Director with daily direction from Program Directors
Application deadline: Friday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m.


Job Summary: The Projects Coordinator provides administrative and case management support to PBLO's in-house projects-the Child Advocacy Project (www.childadvocacy.ca), Volunteer Lawyers Service (www.volunteerlawyers.org), and other projects as may arise. This includes:

* telephone/e-mail communication with clients, volunteers and program partners;
* database and paper file maintenance;
* response to general inquiries to PBLO and referrals to other services.
