Acknowledgement of Registration
All registrations will be acknowledged by email (where possible) or regular mail/fax upon receipt of full payment.  Please present your confirmation to the registration table upon your arrival at the conference.  All conference sessions will be held at Metropolitan Hotel Toronto.

Payment
Payment may be made by cheque (payable to "Roni Feldman & Associates Inc.") or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).  Credit card charges will appear on your statement as "Roni Feldman & Associates Inc."

Cancellation and Refunds
