The Baton Rouge Bar Foundation will host its Ask-A-Lawyer Workshop from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 18 at the Catholic Life Center, 1800 S. Acadian Thruway.

The event is part of the foundation's Pro Bono Project, which provides legal counseling to those in need. The workshop is free and open to the public.

MacDougall Womack, a lawyer with the Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Philips law firm, will be available to answer legal question.
